HISTORY OF PTI
For the first ten years of its operation, PTI's entire course offering was design drafting courses of various disciplines—mechanical drafting, architectural drafting, civil drafting and structural drafting. The school originally opened in a 750 square foot office located at 8140 Industrial Parkway #7 , Sacramento , CA . In September of 1994 we outgrew the facility and moved to a location at 5330 Power Inn Road , Suite D, Sacramento , CA . We remained at this location until July of 1998, at which time we again outgrew our facility and moved to Lennane Drive , Suite 260 , Sacramento , CA 95834 .
In November 2003, PTI was acquired by Adulis College Corporation of Elk Grove , CA which moved the campus from Lennane Dr in western Sacramento to its present location at 9342 Tech Center Drive, ste 600 in Sacramento , CA . PTI is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Adulis College Corporation.
Now in its 15th year, PTI has expanded its course offerings to include allied health as well as online design courses, in addition to CAD Technology. The college is approved by BPPVE, a state agency that regulates our industry, to offer 15 different courses: In our design technology department the approved programs are:Design Drafting
